Absolutely, we want to meet you and have a clear understanding of what your event or wedding will be like. We are happy to schedule a meeting with you in person or digitally. During the consultation we will typically go over your event, make decisions about music selections, review our contract, and answer any questions you may have. Do you play outdoors? Yes, we are able to play both indoor or outdoor live instrumental music. However, if the event is held outdoors and there are weather concerns we must be provided a covered area. |

Can you learn songs that are not on the list?
Absolutely! We are happy to work with our arranger to get a specific piece you request. There is an additional fee of $60 per song.
Do we need to choose all of our music?
Our job is to make your experience fun and easy. We are always here to help you choose your music and to make recommendations at any time. We are also happy to put a program together for you to review at your convenience if you would like.
We have a guest who wants to sing/play at our event. Can you accompany them?
Yes, we can! However, we will need to coordinate with the other musician. If we need to arrange this piece to fit the newly formed ensemble, our $60 arranger fee will apply. This is typically one of the highlights of your ceremony and we are happy to provide an opportunity for such a personal touch.
Do you need to attend our rehearsal?
We do not need to attend rehearsals.
